I have been working for five months while I have been on SSDI. I have not reported it to SSA. I thought I had nine month of the Trial Work Period (TWP) before I was required to report. Now I have learned that I should have reported this when I started. Do I still qualify for the the Trial Work Program? Would I have to pay any penalties?

Unless the SSA has determined that they have overpaid you, you may not need to do so.
