I qualified for disability but I am not making much on my checks and I was wondering how does a person know if they got 100% disability if no one from the SSA can tell you?

The SSA does not rate disability on a percentage scale, I would contact the SSA and ask them what their disability rating means in your case.
Disability Benefits are for those that are unable to work because of their condition. If the ringing is making it impossible to work, then you may be able to qualify. It does not look like there is a Blue Book listing for ringing in the ears, but if it is part of a larger issue your doctor will be able to help diagnose that.
