Does anybody know whether that SSI back pay comes on a certain day of the month? I got my first installment the same week I was approved for SSI it came on the same day I got my first benefit. But I should receive one in January and I'm trying to figure out when I will see it? If anyone has any experience with receiving them in would love to hear about it!

I am waiting for my alj
I am waiting for my alj hearing right now and expect a favorable decision. Was reading information on the Okla. site a few days ago[the state I live in] and it said that no matter the length of time it takes until you're approved you will only recieve twelve months of backpay. Is this correct?

Every case is different, but you get backpay from your disability onset date and that date varies from case to case.

I requested amount of my ssi to be given to me when I had to move and bills and my car they requested receipts I gave them and they sent me a check for 2801.00 now does that come out of my next installment or will they send what is left over of 4981.00 for my last installment which is due in October my second is due in april how does that work

I got my 1st back pay in towards end of may 2017. 2nd one in Nov 1st 2017 together with my regular ssi check. Now when do u think I will get my 3rd installment and what date ?
