Does Cancellation of SSI Disability Hearing Mean Favorable?

I received a letter from the ODAR that my Hearing had been cancelled. It stated "Your hearing has been cancelled. An on the record decision has been issued. You will receive a copy of the decision by mail." Is this likely Favorable? When can I expect to receive the decision by mail?

Hi there,
an "On The Record" decision is usually one where the judge decides to grant benefits without a hearing, it appears like you've received a favorable decision.
