Is it correct that my fully favorable decision on SSDI and SSi by an ALJ that states "Based on the application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits protectively filed on july 29 ,2014, the claimant has been disabled under sections 216(i) and 223(d) of the SSA since july 15,2012" and my benefit amount of $1705 and my beneficiaries (2kids 1500K$) family max month of $3205 that my SSDI backpay will be 55 months at $3205 totaling $176,275.00???

Hi there,
While you and your children may be entitled to back pay, I really could not say if you would be entitled to that amount as we are not affiliated with the SSA or the federal government.

If you received SSI at all then the ssi payments you received while waiting on approval or whatever the reason will be deducted from your backpay. If you received state assistance such as cash assistance i believe they take and pay that back out of your back pay as well... And from what ive heard but i am not sure. They will send child benefits backpay and your backpay separately. But who knows you might get that much
