Everett Disability Hearings

The Disability hearing is the 3rd step in the application process. Everett residents who are denied benefits at the initial and reconsideration stages will have to attend a disability hearing at the Seattle ODAR (Office of Disability Adjudication and Review) office. It takes about a year to have a hearing schedule with the Seattle ODAR.

If you have not already hired a disability attorney, be sure to hire one before attending your hearing. Your attorney will prepare you case for you and represent in front of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the hearing.
