Lump sum back payment

I received two lump sum payments, but I have not spent all of the funds. I want to make a funeral arrangement and buy a car. How soon must I spend the lump sum payment.

Hi my name is Jess. I have got approved on August 17th 2017. I received my first lump sum but I wanted to know how many months do I have to wait to get the next lump sum

Ok have another question I know the money is for my childs need I ask ssi if could get money for tires and money bed and mattress for her clothes I was told those are wants not need that's why she get a monthly check but my child has been waiting on her disability since 2010 she just got approve in March2017 judge told me I was not doing enough for her cause I was working,2jobs and single mother of 3 so now I work one job and its hard but why is it hard 2 get money and have 2 explained

HI Monica,
SSI back pay and monthly benefits are strictly for the care and upkeep of your child, so things other than that may not be an approved use of funds.

my ex-husband was on ssi getting a lump sum of back pay, then he passed. do our 3 sons get this money?

If i have been approved fully favored by the judge I started getting my check in October how long will it take for my back time pay from SSD and also I was approved for SSI Back Time pay only

I could not say if you are eligible for back pay for both, you may want to refer to any documents the SSA sent you regarding what you are eligible for.

I have not received any of my son's back pay and won't receive his first monthly payment till November. If I have a three day notice will I be able to go and receive a install of his back pay
