I had dispute with my bank over a transaction, we could not reslove. I changed my direct deposit info with ssi to a different bank. I received payment at new bank. Following month the old bank told ssi i signed for direct deposit to be paid to old bank and ssi did it with out my knowledge or consent. What can i do?
