The SSA does not accept applications for SSI online, you would have to go to your local SSA office. If you've already been denied, you might want to speak with a disability advocate or an attorney. Trying to find appeal application for a 1st denial and unable to find any forms on computer. Called last week and spoke with social security worker and said I would like help appealing and she sent an email to someone in social security and said fill out this weekend due to time urgency.
Very frustruated....cant find appeal application.
Can someone post where to find the appeal form, all I get are comments and no site to click to fill out application for appeal. Thanks if anyone can direct me.
