Can the beneficiary swipe the debit card without the payee being there? Like use it in a store and such, And is the payee and beneficiary name is on the debit card? Thank you for your response.

You can change your payment method by calling the SSA for assistance or creating an account with the SSA’s website and sign up for direct deposit online.
