Your son may qualify for disability benefits. He needs to meet a Blue Book listing based on the trauma sustained from the TBI. His doctor can help you evaluate which listing(s) he meets. If he was given a 100% P&T rating from the VA, be sure to mark that down on the application so he can receive an expedited claim.
