Do I qualify for the little person disability at 4'11"

I am 4' 11" tall and i am wondering if I qualify for disability?

Hi Ernesto,
If your wife is unable to earn a living due to her stature and medical complications from it, she may be eligible for benefits.

Hi Courtney,

I am sorry to hear that. You can't get Social Security for your height alone, but the other conditions like scoliosis or depression could qualify you for Social Security.
