Lump sum back payment

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

I received two lump sum payments, but I have not spent all of the funds. I want to make a funeral arrangement and buy a car. How soon must I spend the lump sum payment.

I'm 64 years old. Have heart condition, vertigo, and other health issues. Right now my social security is under $300. Is there any way I can be credited for my work many years ago, even though my boss didn't take out $ for social security? I can't live on this amount.

Hello, i recieve ssi with a backpayment of 12k due. I recieved the initial installment. ..in which most of that gave me a start in paying back what i owed my family for bills..etc. I own no land..nothing.
I do not own a vehicle the first. My cousin has a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 that hes doing his best to offer a great deal to me at $10,500. What is required for me to apply and get approved for the funds necessary to purchase it? And what are my chances that i will be approved overall? As i stated,I own nothing. I cant get anywhere at the time being other than asking people. And believe me, those favors are wearing thin. If i cant find a way to purchase said vehicle soon..i will be boots on the ground in a very rural area. What do i do to be approved?

I am now reserving ssd I had not received my lump sum payment from 2010. I'm dealing with mental illness and when I was going over my paperwork in 2016 I noticed the sent me a letter stating they had took my lump sum for my husband ssi say he need to pay it back because I was receiving ssd. I applied that in 2016 and received I letter saying my applie was denied and they said I could not get the money because my reason was not good enough. Ssd is in they wrong they can't take my money for my husband. I can't find a lawyer to take this case. I have been told it needs to go to the federal court. Please help in need of lawyer in Albany area
